Activate without a password
Your purchase email receives a one-time activation link or code. The trusted service verifies the order and opens the purchased plan in the computer app. No separate username or password is required.
Tell your dog what to do
In the computer app, describe your task and select the phone or local backup. Your dog proposes the supported steps, data scope and save location. Review and authorize that task before it starts.
Return to your own workspace
The app checks the license expiry and remaining phone slots. With your permission, preferences and task history stay in your local workspace. Private photos and conversations are not needed to identify the purchase.

The local assistant uses specific recovery and organization tools. It asks again if the source, destination, cloud processing, charge or irreversible deletion changes. Payment does not authorize deleting originals.
How long does the plan last?
From successful payment: Manual, 30 days of use and consultation, with 90 days of updates; AI 1-device, 30 days; AI 3-device, 60 days; AI 5-device, 90 days. AI consultation and updates share the plan’s expiry. The expiry is verified by the service, not the computer clock.
A new computer or a missing activation link?
Verify the purchase email to retrieve the existing license and its original expiry. Reinstallation or signing in again does not restart the period. Phone allowances apply to serviced phones, not the computer used to run the app; rebinding rules will be shown before purchase.
Purchase recovery and personal memory are separate. A new computer can retrieve the license, but private task history remains on the old computer unless you choose to migrate it. You can review or clear saved local memory. After expiry, private files already exported to your own folders remain yours.
