Preview terms & service boundaries

1. Current features

This site presents design, guides and scripted interactions. Real model responses, voice, persistent memory, device acquisition, file exports and payments are not connected.

2. Authorized data

Any future recovery service should process only data the customer is authorized to access and has explicitly authorized for processing. This preview accepts no recovery files.

3. Results & limitations

Guides do not promise results on a specific device. Originals, backup copies, thumbnails, database fragments and related clues must be distinguished by source and completeness.

4. Payment & refunds

One task means the scope and delivery list you confirm before payment. Software-fault retries within that same task are not charged again.

No monthly plan or daily quota. Review each enhanced photo at full size before deciding whether to buy it. An unsatisfactory preview does not require payment.

If delivery differs from the preview and delivery details you approved, we refund that photo’s fee. AI may generate or alter details; enhancement is not recovery of the original image.

For non-delivery or delivery that differs from the promise, we promptly initiate a refund of the affected amount. Duplicate charges and refunds required by law are covered. No additional change-of-mind refund is offered after conforming delivery; statutory rights remain unaffected. Settlement depends on the payment provider. Delays caused by us extend the service window. Support expiry does not lock delivered files.

This design preview has no live orders, payments or refund processing. Region-specific cancellation information, consent flows and final terms for digital content and services must be completed before commercial launch. These promises do not replace statutory rights.

5. Brand & release status

DataBasset is the current brand name; the canine characters are fictional. There is no affiliation with Lassie or Apple. Operator identity, scope, providers and applicable terms must be completed before launch.
