Recovery takes place on your computer. Your photos, files and other private information are processed and saved locally. Optional memorial-video creation is separate: it requires your explicit approval to send the selected photo to a named cloud provider.
Before each data-processing step, we explain what we will do, what data we will access and where the results will be saved. We proceed only with your explicit approval. If the scope changes, we ask for your approval again. You can stop the task at any time to end further processing.
Recovery uses read-only inspection. It does not overwrite, change or delete the original files and backups you provide. Exported results are saved separately.
We explain where temporary copies, previews, indexes and task records are saved. You choose which working files to remove and approve the cleanup first. We report what was removed and what could not be deleted. Your originals, backups and the results you chose to keep are left in place.
We process only the data needed to complete your task and understand any related failures. Your private data is not sold, used for advertising or stored on our servers.
Working files and exported results stay on the computer you authorize. If we need your help investigating a product issue, we explain what diagnostic information we need and why. You decide whether to share it.
We identify the source of each result and distinguish original files, retained copies, thumbnails and incomplete records. We tell you what was not found, could not be read or could not be recovered. We do not present thumbnails or AI-generated details as original files, and we do not promise to recover every deleted item.
When the task is complete, we provide a report listing the sources checked, steps performed, results found, exported files and their locations, and anything that failed or remains incomplete. You can review it yourself or share it with a third party you choose.

Recovery depends on the available data, device and software version. No tool can promise that every deleted item will return.

A basic local encryption gift is planned for every plan; the tool is in development and you will control the password. Photo organization and secure deletion are priced per agreed task; thumbnail enhancement is priced per photo. Disconnections, software-fault retries and repeat exports do not incur extra charges; delays caused by us extend the service window. Support expiry does not lock delivered files. Keep searching collected data and re-exporting purchased results locally; new acquisition and lifetime free upgrades are not included.
We promptly initiate refunds for non-delivery or delivery that differs from our pre-payment promise. No additional change-of-mind refund is offered after conforming delivery; statutory rights are unaffected. Settlement time depends on your payment provider. This is a plan and interaction preview: live AI, operated tasks, payments and refunds are not available. No order or charge is created.

Before payment, we confirm the device and data scope, service period, deliverables and total price with you, including whether you are paying for a check or for specified recovery results. The task report records what was done and what was delivered.
If an agreed paid service is not delivered, or delivery differs from the scope confirmed before payment, we refund the affected amount. If the whole order is undelivered, we refund the full payment. Duplicate charges are refunded.
A completed check may find no recoverable content. If you paid for checking, that outcome alone does not mean the service was not delivered, provided this limitation was clearly explained before payment and the agreed check and report were completed. If we promised specific deliverables and do not provide them, the refund rule above applies.
You can request a review with your order reference and task report, without sending private photos or conversations. We explain the decision, refund amount and reason. Once a refund is initiated, arrival time depends on the payment provider. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Consultation text is processed by cloud AI. Phone checks run through local tools, only for the content you request and authorize. Photos and message bodies are not attached to AI requests.
No. Available copies and readable remnants vary. A result must identify the actual source and quality; a small cached preview is not an original photo.
Continuity is part of the product plan, with controls to review, correct and delete saved memory. This preview does not persist conversations.
